摘 要:二氧化碳驱油(CO_(2)-EOR)是碳捕集、利用与封存技术(CCUS)中主要利用CO_(2)的方式,对提高原油采收率和减少碳排放具有重要意义。目前CO_(2)-EOR相关技术标准较少,难以支撑新技术的发展和规模化应用,文章通过分析国内外CO_(2)-EOR标准的应用范围和技术要点,结合我国CO_(2)-EOR技术发展现状和“双碳”目标需求,对制定和完善我国相关技术标准提出建议。Carbon dioxide enhanced oil recovery (CO_2-EOR) is a primary method of utilizing CO_(2) within Carbon Capture,Utilization,and Storage (CCUS) technologies.It plays a significant role in improving oil recovery and reducing carbon emissions.Currently,there are limited technical standards for CO_2-EOR,which poses challenges for the development and large-scale application of new technologies.This paper analyzes the scope of application and technical points of CO_2-EOR standards both domestically and internationally.It also combines the current status of CO_2-EOR technology development in China and the requirements of the“dual carbon”goals to propose recommendations for the formulation and improvement of relevant technical standards in China.
