摘  要:良好的通讯是保障长输原油管道安全运行的前提和基础,文章以中国石油某海外原油长输管道为例,研究分析找出影响网络通讯在线率末端因素,然后经现场确认和分析找出主要影响因素,通过现场解决措施及效果验证,有效提高了网络通讯在线率,近而提升了管道运行本质安全水平,创造了显著的经济效益和社会效益。Reliable communication is the foundation for ensuring the safe operation of long-distance crude oil pipelines.This paper takes a long-distance crude oil pipeline of China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC) in an overseas location as a case study to analyze and identify the end factors affecting the network communication online rate.Through field verification and analysis,the main influencing factors were determined.By implementing on-site solutions and verifying their effectiveness,the network communication online rate was significantly improved.This,in turn,enhanced the intrinsic safety level of pipeline operations and generated notable economic and social benefits.
