摘 要:分别采用高效液相色谱-质谱法与高效液相色谱法对油田化学剂中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类成分OP-10进行检测分析,并考察了微孔滤膜、C_(18)固相萃取柱以及HLB固相萃取柱等不同净化方式对复杂基质中OP-10检测效果的影响。结果显示:高效液相色谱-质谱法与高效液相法检测在1~10μg/mL范围内线性良好,回归相关性(R^(2))>0.99,不同水平连续进样7次,回收率相对标准偏差(RSD)<5%,两种方法均适用于油田化学剂中微量OP-10的定性定量分析。不同净化方式对油藏地层水、油藏土壤等复杂基质中OP-10检测结果影响不明显。采用直接微孔滤膜净化的高效液相色谱法前处理简单,对仪器要求较低,适用于复杂基质油田化学剂中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类成分检测标准方法。High-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to detect and analyze alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP-10) components in oilfield chemicals.The impact of different purification methods,such as microporous filter membranes,C_(18) solid-phase extraction columns,and HLB solid-phase extraction columns,on the detection of OP-10 in complex matrices was also investigated.The results showed that both HPLC-MS and HPLC methods demonstrated good linearity in the 1-10μg/mL range,with regression correlation (R~2)>0.99.For seven consecutive samples at different levels,the relative standard deviation (RSD) of recovery was less than 5%.Both methods are suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of trace OP-10 in oilfield chemicals.The impact of different purification methods on OP-10 detection in complex matrices,such as reservoir water and soil,was minimal.The HPLC method with microporous filter membrane purification,which has simple pretreatment and low instrument requirements,is recommended as a standard method for detecting alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether components in complex matrix oilfield chemicals.
