摘  要:液体在高温下易发生对流和辐射传热,为准确测定有机热载体高温导热系数,选用正十六烷为导热系数标准物质,采用定制双倒U型瞬态热线结构导热仪,对正十六烷高温导热系数进行了测定,得到了不同温度区间、不同实验参数下的测定偏差,提出了不同温度区间的推荐实验参数,并据此对高温下使用的氢化三联苯类、有机硅传热介质导热系数进行测定和不确定度计算。Liquid has convection and radiant heat transfer at high temperature.In order to measure the high-temperature thermal conductivity of organic heat media,n-hexadecane is selected as the thermal conductivity standard substance.The thermal conductivity instrument adopted a customized double inverted U-shaped transient hot-wire structure.The high-temperature thermal conductivity of n-hexadecane was measured,and the measurement deviations under different temperature ranges and experimental parameters were obtained.Recommended experimental parameters for different temperature ranges were proposed.The thermal conductivity of hydrogenated triphenyl and silicon heat transfer media was tested under this condition and then the measurement uncertainty was calculated.
