汽车罐车定期检验问题及对策分析

摘　　要：为提升汽车罐车的检验技术,有效解决检验中遇到的难点,对汽车罐车一个定期检验周期中发现的主要问题进行了总结,并对充装介质非一种介质、充装介质表述不一致、管路连接问题、管路设计压力问题、带泵罐车定点卸液信息功能失效等突出问题进行了深入分析,提出了建立统一的标准体系、增强使用单位安全主体责任内生动力、制定安全经济的技术标准等建议。In order to improve the inspection technology of road tankers and effectively solve the difficulties encountered in the inspection,this paper summarizes the problems in a periodic inspection cycle of road tankers,and the outstanding problems are analyzed,such as the non-unique filling medium,the expression of the same filling medium is inconsistent,the problems of the pipeline connection and design pressure don’t meet the requirements,and the function of fixed-point unloading information of tank truck with pump fails.Some suggestions are put forward,such as establishing a unified standard system,enhancing the endogenous motivation of the users’safety subject responsibility,and formulating technical standards for safety and economy.
