摘 要:鉴于现有的一些类型接触器触点材料分别存在的有毒性、导电性能差、熔点低易烧蚀、抗磨蚀性差,且易引发电梯安全隐患。笔者针对性地提出一种钼-碳化钼(原位)/铜复合材料并应用于电梯接触器触点,该复合材料具备经济性佳、无毒性的优点,通过相应的性能测试,验证了此新型复合材料满足熔点高抗烧蚀、导电性能佳、抗磨蚀性高的要求,本文通过提高触点材料性能的方式来提升电梯使用的安全性和稳定性。In view of the fact that some existing types of contactor contact materials have problems such as toxicity,poor conductivity,low melting point which makes them prone to ablation,poor abrasion resistance,and they are likely to cause potential safety hazards for elevators.The author specifically proposed the application of a molybdenum-molybdenum carbide(in situ)/copper composite material as the contact material for elevator contactors.The composite material has the advantages of good economy and non-toxicity.Through the corresponding performance tests,it has been verified that the new composite material meets the requirements of high ablation resistance,good conductivity,and high abrasion resistance.By improving the performance of the contact material,this paper aims to enhance the safety and stability of elevator operation.
