摘 要:针对传统管道内检测器调速方法存在稳速精度差、能耗高、结构复杂等问题,提出一种基于泄流调速的机械自适应调速装置。通过构建速度压差双馈泄流泵控制模型,结合摩擦轮驱动与偏心距调节气缸,实现泄流量的动态调控,进而稳定检测器运行速度。通过相关试验表明:样机内部叶片调节泵的偏心距预设调节范围在可控范围内,满足要求。该机械自适应调速装置能有效解决管道起伏、介质流速变化等扰动导致的检测器速度波动问题,为长距离天然气管道在线检测提供了高效可靠的技术支持。To address the issues of poor speed stability,high energy consumption,and structural complexity in traditional pipeline inspection gauge(PIG)speed control methods,a mechanically self-adaptive speed regulation device based on discharge-regulated speed adjustment is proposed.By establishing a speed-pressure dual-feedback discharge pump control model integrated with a friction wheel drive and an eccentricity adjustment cylinder,dynamic regulation of discharge flow is achieved to stabilize the detector’s operating speed.Experimental results indicate that the preset eccentricity adjustment range of the vane-regulated pump in the prototype remains within controllable parameters,meeting operational requirements.This mechanically adaptive speed regulation device effectively resolves velocity fluctuations caused by disturbances such as pipeline elevation variations and medium flow rate changes,providing efficient and reliable technical support for online inspection of long-distance natural gas pipelines.
