基于主成分分析和聚类分析对赤水金钗石斛农艺性状的研究

摘　　要：为了探究赤水金钗石斛的遗传变异情况,收集赤水市44个生态点一年生、二年生金钗石斛共85份,测定其农艺性状并进行综合性评价。结果表明,7个农艺性状变异系数在20.96%~52.37%之间。其中,一年生金钗石斛叶片数与地茎显著负相关,茎粗与节数、茎长无显著相关;二年生金钗石斛茎粗与节数、茎长、单枝茎干重无显著相关。主成分分析筛选出3个主要成分,累积贡献率达89.08%,其中单枝茎干重、单枝茎鲜重、茎长是导致金钗石斛表型差异的主要因子。综合得分≥1的生态点有9个。系统聚类在欧式距离为5时,共分为四类,筛选出综合农艺性状较优异生态点2个:K_(2)(复兴镇凉江村)、F_(2)(旺隆镇红花村)。In order to explore the genetic variation of Dendrobium nobile in Chishui,a total of 85 first and second year Dendrobium nobile were collected from 44 ecological sites in Chishui City,and their agronomic traits were determined and comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the variation coefficients of 7 agronomic traits ranged from 20.96%to 52.37%.There was a significant negative correlation between leaf number and stem,but no significant correlation between stem diameter and node number and stem length.There was no significant correlation between stem diameter and number of nodes,stem length and stem weight.Three main components were selected by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 89.08%.Stem weight,fresh weight and stem length were the main factors leading to phenotypic difference of Dendrobium nobile.There were nine ecological sites with an overall score≥1.When the Euclidean distance was 5,the system was divided into four groups,and two ecological points with better integrated agronomic traits were selected:K_(2)(Liangjiang Village,Fuxing Town)and F_(2)(Honghua Village,Wanglong Town).
