摘 要:为鉴定评价蒲公英种质资源主要农艺性状,以不同产地的56份蒲公英种质资源为材料,利用遗传多样性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析等方法对蒲公英种质进行综合评价。结果表明,蒲公英遗传多样性指数在0.95~1.89之间,其中遗传多样性指数变异最大的是根长,为1.89,遗传多样性指数最小的是根重,为0.95。地上部叶片与花葶之间、地上部叶片、花葶长度与地下根部均呈显著、极显著正相关或负相关。主成分分析提取了6个主成分,累积贡献率为78.39%。聚类分析将供试材料划分为两大类群,综合评价分析第Ⅱ类中的综合性状最优。根据综合评价得分值(D值),筛选出7个优异的蒲公英种质资源。In order to identify and evaluate the main agronomic traits of Taraxacum mongolicum species resources and select those with suitable genetic potential for cultivation in He'nan Province,56 Taraxacum mongolicum germplasm resources were collected from the main production areas in China and comprehensively evaluated using methods such as genetic diversity analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and clustering analysis.The results showed that the genetic diversity index of Taraxacum mongolicum ranged from 0.95 to 1.89.The genetic diversity index with the greatest variation is root length,which was 1.89,and the genetic diversity index with the lowest value was root weight,which was 0.95.There were significant positive or negative correlations between the above-ground leaves and the scapes,between the above-ground leaves and the length of the scapes and the underground roots.Six principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 78.39%.The tested materials were divided into two large groups by cluster analysis,and the comprehensive properties of classⅡwere the best.According to the comprehensive score(D),7 excellent dandelion germplasm resources were selected.
