摘 要:以甜菜单胚种NT39106为材料,在授粉5、15、20、25、30 d测定种子粒径、千粒重、含水率、发芽率、淀粉、可溶性蛋白、赤霉素、生长素等指标,探索甜菜种子生长动态变化规律。结果表明,甜菜单胚种NT39106在授粉后随着种子成熟,千粒重、含水率呈逐渐下降的趋势,而粒径逐渐变大,授粉25 d千粒重及粒径趋于稳定(2.82 g、5.08 cm),含水率快速下降,种子发芽率、发芽势增速变缓并趋于稳定,授粉25 d种子发芽率、发芽势最高(52.67%,61.33%),此时种子内含物可溶性蛋白、淀粉含量也较高,种子趋于成熟。研究表明,甜菜单胚种NT39106在授粉25~30 d趋于成熟,宜在授粉25 d后左右收获。The seed size,1000-grain weight,water content,germination rate,starch,soluble protein,gibberellin and austerin were measured at 5,15,20,25,30 days after pollination with the Beta vulgaris single embryo seeds NT39106 as the material to explore the dynamic changes of seed growth of beet.The results showed that the Beta vulgaris species was single embryo after pollination,the 1000-grain weight and water content of NT39106 gradually decreased with the maturity of the seeds,while the particle size gradually increased.25 days after pollination,the 1000-grain weight and particle size tended to be stable(2.82 g,5.08 cm),and the water content decreased rapidly(down 13.92%).The growth rate of seed germination rate and germination potential slowed down and tended to be stable.The germination rate and germination potential were the highest(52.67%,61.33%)after 25 days,and the contents of soluble protein and starch were also higher,and the seeds tended to mature.The study showed that the Beta vulgaris single embryo species NT39106 tended to mature from 25 to 30 days after pollination,and it was suitable to be harvested around 25 days after pollination.
