摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化疾病的发病机制、诊断和治疗是目前医学研究的热点。线粒体自噬是清除功能失调的线粒体,在动脉粥样硬化中作用显著。适当的自噬有助于清除受损线粒体以维持细胞稳态,而自噬不足则会产生有害物质。中医认为动脉粥样硬化是与脾不散精、痰瘀互结密切相关,线粒体自噬与中医的祛痰化瘀理论相一致。因此本文将基于“脾不散精、痰瘀互结”理论从中、西医不同的角度探讨线粒体自噬与动脉粥样硬化的关系,同时对中医药通过干预线粒体自噬治疗动脉粥样硬化的作用靶点进行总结,为中医药防治动脉粥样硬化提供新思路。The pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerotic diseases are currently a hot topic in medical research.Mitochondrial autoph-agy is the removal of dysfunctional mitochondria and has a significant role in atherosclerosis(AS).Proper autophagy helps to remove dam-aged mitochondria to maintain cellular homeostasis,while insufficient autophagy produces harmful substances.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),AS is considered to be closely related to the spleen failing to disperse essence and combined phlegm and stasis,and mitochondrial au-tophagy is consistent with the TCM theory of dispelling phlegm and resolving stasis.This paper will discuss the relationship between mitochon-drial autophagy and atherosclerosis from different perspectives of TCM and western medicine based on the theory of spleen failing to disperse essence and combined phlegm and stasis.It also summarized the action targets of TCM in the treatment of AS by intervening in mitochondrial autophagy,providing new ideas for the TCM treatment of AS.
