摘　　要：伏龙肝始载于《名医别录》,具有温中燥湿、止呕、止血、止泻之功效。伏龙肝还可作为炮制辅料,常用于白术、山药、当归等饮片的炮制,以增强其补脾止泻功效。当前伏龙肝的研究聚焦于临床应用及炮制研究,药理、药效和机制等相关研究十分缺乏,且尚未有文章系统地从品质、功能主治、炮制沿革等方面对伏龙肝进行本草考证及现代研究进展进行文献综述。因此,本文在查阅古代本草、医学典籍,历版药典、地方中药饮片炮制规范等资料的基础上,对伏龙肝的历史沿革和现代研究进行首次全面系统性整理;也对伏龙肝作为炮制辅料及药材、饮片的临床应用面临的来源困难、质量控制标准缺失、炮制工艺与机理研究缺乏、药效作用及机制研究缺位等问题做出分析、探讨和展望,以期为伏龙肝的开发应用提供参考。Terra Frava Usta,first documented in Miscellaneous Records of Famous Physicians(Ming Yi Bie Lu),is known for its effects of Wenzhong Zaoshi(温中燥湿),ceasing vomiting,stopping bleeding,and halting diarrhea.Additionally,Terra Frava Usta serves as a process-ing adjuvant,commonly used to enhance the Pixu(脾虚)and antidiarrheal effects of decoction pieces such as ATRACTYLODIS MACRO-CEPHALAE RHIZOMA,DIOSCOREAE RHIZOMA,and ANGELICAE SINENSIS RADIX.Current research on Terra Frava Usta primarily fo-cuses on clinical applications and processing methods.However,there is a noticeable shortfall in studies concerning its pharmacology,effica-cy,and mechanisms.Moreover,no literature has been found systematically reviewing the quality,therapeutic indications,and processing evolu-tion of Terra Frava Usta from the perspectives of both herbal textual research and modern progress research.Therefore,this paper conducted a first-time comprehensive systemic review of the historical developments and contemporary research on Terra Frava Usta,drawing upon ancient herbal texts,medical classics,previous editions of pharmacopoeias,and regional standards for processing Chinese medicinal pieces.It also tackled the challenges encountered in the clinical application of Terra Frava Usta as a processing adjunct,medicinal herb,and decoction pieces,including sourcing difficulties,absent quality control standards,and insufficient research on its processing techniques and underlying mechanisms,as well as pharmacodynamic action and mechanism.The aim was to facilitate the development and clinical use of Terra Frava Usta.
