数字时代老年人智慧康养设备使用意愿及其影响因素——基于解构计划行为理论的实证研究

摘　　要：基于解构计划行为理论构建多元线性回归模型,对无锡市老年人智慧康养设备使用意愿及其影响因素进行实证分析。研究发现:当前老年人的数字素养与智慧康养设备使用意愿不高,且因受年龄、文化程度和居住状况等多重因素影响而存在分层现象;除便利条件外,数字素养、感知趣味性、主观规范和自我效能对老年人智慧康养设备使用意愿存在显著正向影响;高龄老年人对智慧康养设备的使用意愿更低;相较于独居老年人,与配偶和子女一起居住的老年人更愿意使用智慧康养设备;居住地区类型在老年人的数字素养和自我效能正向影响其智慧康养设备使用意愿的关系中起到显著的调节作用。对此,建议从政策赋能、社会共振、市场助力三个方面精准发力,构建智慧康养的生态系统,营造智慧康养的文化氛围,创新智慧康养的服务供给,弥合老年人数字鸿沟,提高老年人健康生活品质。Based on the decomposed theory of planned behavior(DTPB),a multiple linear regression model was constructed to empirically analyze the willingness of older people to use smart health care equipment and its influencing factors in Wuxi.The results show that the digital literacy and willingness of older people are not high,and there is a stratification phenomenon due to multiple factors such as age,education level and living status.In addition to convenience,digital literacy,perceived interest,subjective norms,and self-efficacy have a significant positive impact on the intention to use.The willingness of older people to use it is even lower;Compared with older people who live alone,older people who live with their spouses and children are more willing to use smart health care equipment.The type of residence plays a significant moderating role in the relationship between digital literacy and self-efficacy positively affecting the intention to use.In this regard,it is suggested to make precise efforts from three aspects:policy empowerment,social resonance,and market assistance,to build an ecosystem of smart health care,create a cultural atmosphere of smart health care,innovate the service supply of smart health care,bridge the“digital divide”of older people,and improve the quality of healthy life of older people.
