摘　　要：目的:了解当前国内外诃子的研究现状及热点。方法:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science数据库中1965-2022年期间以诃子为主题的相关文献,通过采用文献计量学CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件,对呈现出的可视化图谱进行综合分析。结果:诃子相关文献发文量整体上呈现持续增长的趋势;作者共现分析显示张艺、Lee Kwang-Won分别是发表中、英文文献最多的作者;发文期刊分析显示《中国民族医药杂志》《Journal of Ethnopharmacology》分别是发表中、英文文献最多的期刊;发文机构多为各大医学类院校,其中发表文献较多的机构为内蒙古民族大学蒙医药学院、Mahidol University和Chiang Mai University;中、英文文献关键词分析显示诃子研究主要集中在炮制配伍、成分分析、药效物质基础、药理作用。结论:诃子药理作用机制和临床应用是未来研究需要特别关注的地方。Objective:To explore the current research status and hotspots of Chebulae Fructus at home and abroad.Methods:By searching the relevant literature on Chebulae Fructus from 1965 to 2022 in CNKI and Web of Science databases,the CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software in bibliometrics was applied to carry out a comprehensive analysis on the visualized graphs presented.Results:On the whole,the volume of published articles related to Chebulae Fructus had shown a continuous growth trend.The author co-occurrence analysis showed that the most published authors were Zhang Yi and Lee Kwang-Won in Chinese and English respectively.The analysis of journals showed that Journal of Medicine and Pharmacy of Chinese Minorities and Journal of Ethnopharmacology were the most published journals in Chinese and English respectively.The publishing institutions were mostly major medical colleges and universities,among which the institutions with more published literature were the Mongolian Medical and Pharmaceutical College of Inner Mongolia Minzu University,Mahidol University and Chiang Mai University.Keyword analysis of Chinese and English literature showed that research on Chebulae Fructus mainly focused on preparation compatibility,component analysis,pharmacological substance basis,pharmacological effects.Conclusion:The pharmacological mechanism and clinical application of Chebulae Fructus need special attention in future research.
