摘　　要：总结张士卿教授治疗小儿过敏性紫癜7对常用药对(牡丹皮-紫草、当归-丹参、海螵蛸-茜草、生地黄-白茅根、防风-乌梅、苍术-黄柏、党参-黄芪),分析其组成、配伍特点及适应证等,为临床用药提供借鉴。附案例1则,以资验证。This paper summarizes seven pairs of commonly used paired herbs(Moutan CortexLithospermum Root,Angelica Sinensis-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix,Endoconcha Sepiae-Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma,Rehmanniae Radix Preparata-Imperatae Rhizoma,Saposhnikoviae Radix-Fructus Mume,Atractylodes Rhizoma-Cortex Phellodendri,Codonopsis Radix-Astragali Radix)employed by professor ZHANG Shiqing in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura.The composition,compatibility characteristics,indications,and other aspects of these paired herbs are analyzed to provide a reference for clinical medication.A case study is presented for verification.
