摘　　要：邵征洋教授认为儿童功能性便秘病位在大肠,且与五脏关系密切,脾胃虚弱为发病之本,气机郁滞、腑气不通为发病之标,肠胃积热、燥热内结是该病的病机关键,基于“腑气以通为用”理论,用“通”法祛除壅滞在脏腑的邪气,同时注重顾护脾胃,疗效显著。附案例1则,以资验证。Professor SHAO Zhengyang believes that the disease location of functional constipation in children is in the large intestine,and it is closely related to the five zang organs.The weakness of the spleen and stomach is the root cause of the disease,while the stagnation of qi and the obstruction of fuqi are the manifestations.The accumulation of heat in the stomach and intestines,as well as the internal binding of dry heat,are the key pathological mechanisms of the disease.Based on the theory of“fuqi should be unobstructed for its function,”the“unblocking”method is used to remove the pathogenic qi stagnated in the zang-fu organs,while paying attention to protecting the spleen and stomach,achieving significant therapeutic effects.A case is presented for verification.
