摘　　要：查阅近5年中医药治疗儿童特发性矮小症(ISS)的相关文献,分别从病因病机、中医辨证、内外治法等方面进行了总结。治疗多从脾肾论治,同时涉及心肝等脏腑,方法包括中药内服、针灸、推拿、穴位贴敷、联合疗法以及日常调护。指出今后应进行多中心、大样本的临床研究,探索中医药内治法和外治法的作用机制,发挥中医药治疗儿童ISS的优势。This article reviews relevant literature from the past five years on the treatment of idiopathic short stature(ISS)in children using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The review summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis,TCM syndrome differentiation,and both internal and external treatment methods.Treatments primarily focus on the spleen and kidney,while also involving the heart and liver.Methods include oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine,acupuncture,massage,acupoint application,combined therapies,and daily care.The article suggests that future research should focus on multicenter,large-sample clinical studies to explore the mechanisms of internal and external TCM therapies,thereby leveraging the advantages of TCM in treating pediatric ISS.
