摘  要:在全球化语言频繁接触与多元互动的背景下,超语理论已广泛应用于多语教育实践中。随着中国—东盟自贸区的迭代升级,对东盟小语种复合型人才的需求不断加大。广西具有毗邻东盟国家的区位优势、多民族语多方言的语言优势以及与东盟民族“同源异族”的人文优势,因此,超语实践能够促进广西与东盟各民族语言的交融发展。在此基础上,对广西面向东盟的多语人才培养路径进行探讨。首先,构建超语实践与三个变量的有效关联,充分发挥语言接触、社区因素、动机和态度的积极作用,进行超语实践教学。其次,突破传统教育模式,创新多语种人才培养机制,积极探索超语实践教育范式。再次,充分发挥“互联网+”、大数据、区块链等现代信息技术的作用,实现超语资源的共建共享,构建跨境超语文字知识库和文化数据库。In the context of frequent global language contact and multicultural interactions,translanguaging has been widely applied in multilingual education practice.With the iterative upgrading of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,the demand for ASEAN-oriented multilingual well-rounded professionals with proficiency in lesser-taught languages is increasing.Guangxi,leveraging its geographical proximity to ASEAN countries,linguistic advantages rooted in multiethnic and multidialectal resources,and cultural affinity with ASEAN nations as“ethnic groups sharing common origins but distinct identities”,provides fertile ground for translanguaging to facilitate linguistic and cultural integration between Guangxi and ASEAN communities.Building on this foundation,this study explores pathways for cultivating ASEAN-oriented multilingual talent in Guangxi.First,it establishes effective linkages between translanguaging practices and three key variables—language contact dynamics,community factors,and learner motivation/attitudes—to optimize pedagogical applications.Second,it innovates talent development mechanisms by transcending traditional educational paradigms and advancing translanguaging instructional models.Third,it harnesses modern technologies such as“Internet Plus”,big data,and blockchain to enable co-construction and sharing of translanguaging resources,fostering cross-border textual and cultural databases.
