摘 要:【目的】研究如何提高木质素的醇羟基含量和反应活性,为木质素在聚氨酯材料中的高效应用提供依据。【方法】采用水热解聚和硫醇-烯“点击化学”改性的方法,研究木质素替代部分聚醚多元醇对聚氨酯性能的影响。【结果】经过“点击化学”改性,木质素醇羟基含量提高了81.76%。傅里叶红外光谱测试证实了木质素硫醇化改性成功。热重分析显示硫醇化木质素的热稳定性提高。用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa积分法求得原始木质素和硫醇化木质素的活化能分别为101.95、110.73 kJ·mol^(-1)。当硫醇化木质素的替代率为4%时,聚氨酯泡沫的表观密度为0.436 g·cm^(-3),压缩强度为7.79 MPa,导热系数为0.0830 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)。【结论】通过水热解聚和硫醇-烯“点击化学”改性的方法,成功提高木质素的醇羟基含量和反应活性,并制备出了性能优异的聚氨酯泡沫材料。【Objective】The study aimed to improve the alcoholic hydroxyl content in lignin and its reactivity,so as to provide basis for its efficient application on polyurethane materials.【Method】Hydrothermal depolymerization and thiol-ene click chemistry modification were combinedly used to study the effect of partial substitution of polyether polyols with lignin on the property of polyurethane.【Result】After the click chemistry modification,the alcoholic hydroxyl content of lignin was increased by 81.76%,and its successful thiolation modification was confirmed by Fourier infrared spectroscopy test analysis.Thermal gravimetric analysis showed improved thermal stability of the thiolated lignin.With Flynn-Wall-Ozawa integration method,the activation energy of original lignin and thiolated lignin were detected at 101.95 and 110.73 kJ·mol^(-1),respectively.When the thiolated lignin was substituted at 4%,the apparent density,compression strength and thermal conductivity of polyurethane foam were 0.436 g·cm^(-3),7.79 MPa and 0.0830 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1).【Conclusion】Through hydrothermal depolymerization and thiol-ene click chemistry modification,the alcoholic hydroxyl content and reactivity of lignin were improved,which was subsequently contributed to the preparation of polyurethane foam material with excellent performance.
