摘　　要：马属动物α亚科疱疹病毒包括马疱疹病毒1型(EHV-1)、马疱疹病毒3型(EHV-3)、马疱疹病毒4型(EHV-4)、马疱疹病毒6型(EHV-6)、马疱疹病毒8型(EHV-8)和马疱疹病毒9型(EHV-9)。这些病毒均可引起马属动物出现呼吸系统疾病、神经系统疾病,严重可造成流产和死亡,给马属动物养殖业带来严重经济损失。EHV-1,EHV-4和EHV-8是马属动物α亚科疱疹病毒的代表性病毒,也是马属动物传染病临床病例中常见的疱疹病毒,从病原学、传播途径、临床症状、诊断方法、预防与控制及生物安全管理等多方面整理归纳,同时总结研究过程中遇到的问题,分析并展望未来研究趋势,可为更好开展马属动物α亚科疱疹病毒感染引起的疾病生物安全防控工作提供参考。Equine herpesvirus type 1(EHV-1),EHV-3,EHV-4,EHV-6,EHV-8,and EHV-9,belonging to the members of the subfamily alphaherpesvirinae can cause respiratory diseases,neurological diseases,abortion,and even death in horses,leading to serious economic losses.This review focused on the equine alphaherpesvirinae members represented by EHV-1,EHV-4 and EHV-8,summarizing and discussing aspects such as etiology,clinical symptoms,transmission,diagnostic methods,prevention and control,and biosafety management.It also summarized the problems encountered in research work,analyzed and forecastd future research trends.The aim of this review was to serve as a reference for improving biosecurity measures aimed at preventing and controlling diseases commonly associated with alphaherpesvirus infections in horses.
