摘　　要：探究科研院所可持续发展的基本思路和方法,提出应明确科技定位,从发展优势入手,创新体制机制,整合科技资源,扩大人才优势,重视项目质量,强化产业推广,加强科技合作,积极发挥科研单位的骨干和引领作用,为经济社会发展做出贡献。The study explores the basic ideas and methods of sustainable development of scientific research institutes.It is necessary to clarify the positioning of science and technology;start with development advantages;innovate systems and mechanisms;integrate scientific and technological resources;expand talent advantages;pay attention to project quality;promote industry,and scientific and technological cooperation;and actively give play to the backbone and leading role of scientific research institutions,so as to make contributions to economic and social development.
