摘  要:高职高专院校是技能型人才培养的重要基地,面临着将思政教育融入专业课程的新挑战。基于师范生核心素养培养视角,以儿童文学课程为例,提出“叙事驱动+素养生成”双轨教学模式,通过重构儿童文学文本的叙事逻辑将思政元素转化为可操作的教学行为,并设计了包括知识内化、价值认同与能力输出的三维评价体系,以实现高职高专师范生核心素养的螺旋式提升。实证表明,该模式能显著增强学生的职业使命感与教学创新能力。Higher vocational college is an important base for the training of skilled personnel,facing the new challenge of the integration of ideological and political education into professional curriculum.Based on the perspective of core literacy cultivation of normal university students,the study proposes a dual-track teaching model of“narrative driven+literacy generation”by taking children’s literature course as an example.By reconstructing the narrative logic of children’s literature texts,the study transforms the ideological and political elements into operable teaching behaviors,and designs a three-dimensional evaluation system,including knowledge internalization,value identification and ability output,so as to realize the spiral improvement of the core quality of higher vocational college students.The empirical results show that this model can significantly enhance students’sense of career mission and teaching innovation ability.
