摘  要:以四川丘陵区某厂房地基沉降事故为例,剖析该场地经强夯地基处理后局部效果欠佳的主因。研究表明,厂房强夯填土地基主体完工后,不均匀沉降显著,累计沉降量与填土厚度呈正相关。原始地形起伏大、填土厚度不均是致使强夯地基不均匀沉降的关键因素,填土地基内地下水水位上升,进一步加重了地基沉降。此外,深厚填土下伏厚层状软弱土形成的上硬下软的双层结构是造成深部强夯效果不佳及产生次固结沉降的重要因素。依据场地地质环境条件与现状,采用高压旋喷桩和静压注浆相结合方式,对既有建筑地基予以加固处理。实践证明,该方法对地基沉降的控制效果显著。此研究对红层丘陵区深厚填土场地工程建设具有一定的参考意义。The study takes the foundation settlement accident of a factory building in the hilly area of Sichuan Province as an example,and deeply analyzes the main reason for the poor local effect of the site after dynamic compaction foundation treatment.Research has shown that after the completion of the main body of the factory’s compacted soil foundation,uneven settlement is significant,and the cumulative settlement is positively correlated with the thickness of the soil.The uneven settlement of the compacted foundation is mainly caused by the large undulations of the original terrain and the uneven thickness of the fill soil.The rise of groundwater level in the backfill foundation further exacerbates the settlement of the foundation.In addition,the double-layer structure formed by the thick layered soft soil under the deep fill soil is an important factor causing poor deep dynamic compaction effect and secondary consolidation settlement.Based on the geological environment conditions and current situation of the site,a combination of high-pressure rotary jet grouting and static pressure grouting is used to reinforce the existing building foundation.Practice has shown that this method has significant effect on controlling foundation settlement.The study has certain reference significance for the construction of deep filled soil sites in red layered hilly areas.
