基于双聚类算法的医疗隐私信息加密传输方法研究

摘　　要：由于现行方法在医疗隐私信息加密传输场景中应用效果不佳,在实际应用中数据丢包率和误码率较高,无法达到预期的传输效果,故提出基于双聚类算法的医疗隐私信息加密传输方法。利用双聚类算法对医疗信息分类,提取医疗隐私信息并进行编码处理,利用RSA算法对其加密,应用多值映射函数传送加密的医疗隐私信息文件,实现基于双聚类算法的医疗隐私信息加密传输。经实验证明,应用本方法数据丢包率不超过1%,数据误码率不超过2%,可有效保证医疗隐私信息加密传输的安全性和可靠性。Due to the poor application effect of current methods in medical privacy information encryption transmission scenarios,the data packet loss rate and error rate are high in practical application,and the expected transmission effect cannot be achieved.Therefore,a medical privacy information encryption transmission method based on double clustering algorithm is proposed.The study uses the dual clustering algorithm,classifies medical information,extracts medical privacy information,encodes and processes the extracted medical privacy information,and encrypts it with the RSA algorithm,applies a multi value mapping function,transmits the encrypted medical privacy information file,achieves encrypted transmission of medical privacy information based on dual clustering algorithm.Experimental results have shown that the data packet loss rate and data error rate of the method proposed do not exceed 1%and 2%respectively,to effectively ensure the security and reliability of encrypted transmission of medical privacy information.
