摘  要:水煤浆作为一种高效的清洁能源,长期以来受到广泛关注。综述了国内外在空化水煤浆方面的研究进展,指出空化后水煤浆具有浆体颗粒粒度级配变细、分散性好、浆体静态稳定性及流变性能提升的特点。探讨了空化技术在水煤浆制备中的应用,分析不同方法的优劣和处理参数的影响,评估空化水煤浆的实际应用效果,为研究人员提供全面信息,促进空化水煤浆技术的发展和应用。Coal water slurry,as a kind of efficient clean energy,has been widely concerned for a long time.The research progress of cavitation coal water slurry at home and abroad is reviewed.It is pointed out that after cavitation coal water slurry has the characteristics of finer particle size distribution,better dispersion,improved static stability and rheology.The application of cavitation technology in the preparation of coal water slurry is discussed in detail;the advantages and disadvantages of different methods,and the influence of processing parameters are analyzed;and the practical application effect of cavitation coal water slurry is evaluated,so as to provide comprehensive information for researchers and promote the development and application of cavitation coal water slurry technology.
