摘 要:研究了高硅铁尾矿对硅钙板抗压和抗折强度、表观密度的影响,结合正交试验法和SEM微观测试等方法分析高硅铁尾矿的作用机理。结果表明,随着高硅铁尾矿的加入量和铁含量的变化,硅钙板各项性能受除铁率的影响最大,借助SEM微观分析得到除铁率对硅钙板性能的增强作用来自铁代托贝莫来石的生成,建立了除铁率对硅钙板性能的影响模型,成功制备出符合《JC-T 564.1-2018纤维增强硅酸钙板第1部分:无石棉硅酸钙板》中R4类的硅钙板,拓展了高硅含铁尾矿的综合利用新途径。The effects of high-silicon iron tailings on compressive and flexural strength,and apparent density of calcium silicate board are studied.And the mechanism of high-silicon iron tailings is analyzed by orthogonal test and SEM microscopic test.The results show that with the addition of high-silicon iron tailings and the change of iron content,the iron removal rate has the greatest influence on the properties of calcium silicate board.With the help of SEM microscopic analysis,it is concluded that the enhancement of iron removal rate on the properties of calcium silicate board comes from the generation of iron-substituted tobermorite,and the influence model of iron removal rate on the properties of calcium silicate board is established.The calcium silicate board meeting the R4 category in JC-T 564.1-2018 Fiber Reinforced Calcium Silicate Board Part 1:Asbestos-free Calcium Silicate Board is successfully prepared,which expands a new way of comprehensive utilization of high-silicon iron tailings.
