摘　　要：采取预防性护理措施对于降低下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的发生具有十分重要意义。通过综述近年来关于DVT预防护理的研究进展发现对妇科恶性肿瘤患者、产妇、脑卒中患者、老年患者和骨折患者等不同群体的护理干预,能够有效降低DVT发生率,改善患者预后。循证护理可通过科学的临床研究证据指导护理实践,集束化护理模式则通过集合一系列有循证基础的治疗及护理措施对患者进行多方位干预,个性化护理结合患者的具体情况提供量身定制的护理方案,创新性技术的应用有助于提高DVT护理干预的效果。持续优化与创新DVT的预防性护理方法能够进一步提高临床护理质量,降低并发症的发生率,促进患者早期康复。It is very important to take preventive nursing measures to reduce the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT).The study reviews research progress on preventive nursing of DVT in recent years.It is found that nursing intervention for gynecological malignant tumor patients,parturients,stroke patients,elderly patients and fracture patients can effectively reduce the incidence of DVT and improve the prognosis of patients.Evidence-based nursing can guide nursing practice through scientific clinical research evidence.Through cluster-based nursing model,we conduct multi-dimensional intervention for patients through a series of evidence-based treatment and nursing measures.Personalized nursing combined with the specific situation of patients can provide tailored nursing programs.The application of innovative technology helps to improve the effect of DVT nursing intervention.Continuous optimization and innovation of DVT preventive nursing methods can further improve the quality of clinical nursing,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote early recovery of patients.
