摘　　要：探讨了连续蛛网膜下腔麻醉(CSA)技术在骨科手术中的发展历程、应用现状及未来趋势,梳理了CSA技术在骨科领域的发展脉络,展示其在脊柱手术和下肢手术中的广泛应用,并详细分析了CSA的应用优势,如有效镇痛、减少并发症等,指出CSA技术所面临的挑战,如操作难度和并发症风险管理。未来的CSA技术在骨科领域的应用将持续优化,发展趋势向技术进步、个性化治疗和围术期管理整合,有望为骨科患者提供更加高效、安全的疼痛管理方案。The study comprehensively discusses the development,application and future trend of continuous subarachnoid anesthesia(CSA)in orthopedic surgery,reviews the development of CSA technology in Orthopedics,demonstrates its extensive application in spinal surgery and lower limb surgery,and analyzes the application advantages of CSA in detail,such as effective analgesia and reduction of complications,and points out the challenges faced by CSA technology,such as operational difficulty and complication risk management.The application of CSA technology in the field of orthopedics will continue to optimize,and the development trend points to technological progress,personalized treatment and perioperative management integration,so as to provide orthopedics patients with a more efficient and safe pain management program.
