淋巴水肿患者护理干预的可视化分析及研究进展

摘　　要：分析淋巴水肿患者护理干预的研究现状和发展趋势,为有效进行护理干预提供理论基础。系统梳理中国知网建库以来至2024年与淋巴水肿疾病相关的研究文献,运用CiteSpace软件分别对作者合作、关键词进行可视化分析,并以图谱形式进行展现。共获得1460篇有效文献,发文量总体呈显著上升趋势,作者发文量排名前4位的是张丽娟、罗庆华、刘高明、张慧珍,且团队合作较密切。“乳腺癌”“淋巴水肿”“护理”是出现频次较高的关键词,当前的研究进展主要集中在“宫颈癌”和“综述”方面。The study analyzes the research status and development trend of nursing intervention for lymphedema patients to provide theoretical basis for effective nursing intervention;systematically reviews the research papers related to lymphedema disease from the establishment of CNKI database to 2024,visually analyzes the authors’cooperation and keywords through CiteSpace software,and displays them in atlas.A total of 1460 valid papers are obtained,and the number of published papers shows a significant upward trend in general.The top 4 authors in the number of published papers are Zhang Lijuan,Luo Qinghua,Liu Gaoming and Zhang Huizheng,and the team cooperation is relatively close.“Breast cancer”“lymphedema”and“nursing”are the high frequency keywords,and the current research progress is mainly focused on“cervical cancer”and“review”.
