摘 要:探讨了无极绳连续牵引车中张紧装置的设计与研究,分析张紧装置在煤矿生产运输系统中的理论依据、工作原理、结构组成及设计优化策略。通过理论分析与实际设计案例相结合方法阐述张紧装置在保障钢丝绳张力稳定、提升运输效率与安全性方面的关键作用。针对现有设计中存在的问题提出改进方案,为无极绳连续牵引车张紧装置的优化提供理论依据和技术支持。The study discusses the design and research of the tensioning device in the endless rope continuous tractor,analyzes theoretical basis,working principle,structure composition and design optimization strategy of the tensioning device in the coal mine production and transportation system.Through the method of combining theoretical analysis and practical design cases,the key role of the tensioning device in ensuring the tension stability of the wire rope and improving the transportation efficiency and safety is elaborated in detail.At the same time,an improvement scheme is proposed to solve the problems in the existing design,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for further optimization of the tensioning device of the continuous tractor with endless rope.
