摘 要:水文情报预报系统作为流域管理的重要工具,对提高水资源调配效率和防洪减灾能力具有重要意义。通过构建水文情报预报模型,实现对流域降雨-径流过程的精确模拟和预测。将预报系统应用于流域的水资源管理实践中,分析系统在防洪调度、水资源分配等方面的具体效果。结果表明,水文情报预报系统能显著提高流域管理的科学性和有效性,为制定更加合理的调度方案提供了有力支撑。As an important tool of watershed management,hydrological information and forecast system is of great significance to improve the efficiency of water resources allocation and the ability of flood control and disaster reduction.By constructing hydrological information forecast model,accurate simulation and prediction of rainfall-runoff process are realized.The study applies forecast system to the practice of water resources management in the basin,and analyzes the concrete effect of the system in flood control dispatching and water resources allocation,etc.The results show that hydrological information forecasting system can significantly improve the science and effectiveness of watershed management,and provide strong support for the formulation of more reasonable scheduling schemes.
