高层住宅外墙防渗漏施工技术要点分析

摘　　要：在高层住宅施工过程中,外墙渗漏问题较为常见。结合高层住宅实际工程案例,分析外墙防渗漏施工技术在高层住宅中的应用要点,借助淋水试验确定外墙防渗漏施工技术的应用效果。结果表明,外墙防渗漏施工技术能够满足高层住宅外墙防渗漏要求,可为相关施工提供一定的参考,提升高层住宅外墙防渗漏施工性能。In the construction process of high-rise residential buildings,the problem of external wall leakage is quite common.Based on the practical cases of high-rise residential buildings,the study analyzes the main points of application of exterior wall anti-leakage construction technology in high-rise residential buildings,and determines the application effect of exterior wall anti-leakage construction technology by means of water leaching test.The results show that external wall leakage prevention construction technology can meet the requirements of high-rise residential wall leakage prevention,provide certain reference for related construction,and improve the performance of high-rise residential wall leakage prevention construction.
