芪石肾舒胶囊联合达格列净治疗2型糖尿病肾病的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究芪石肾舒胶囊联合达格列净治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法选取2022年5月至2023年12月在该院内分泌科住院部和门诊中符合纳入标准的120例2型糖尿病肾病(符合气阴两虚证)患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用达格列净联合安慰剂胶囊治疗,观察组采用达格列净联合芪石肾舒胶囊治疗,疗程为6个月。观察两组患者治疗效果,统计治疗前后两组血肌酐(Scr)、微量白蛋白与肌酐比值(uACR)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24hUP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(78.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组uACR、Scr、24hUP、HbA1c、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪石肾舒胶囊联合达格列净能降低2型糖尿病肾病患者的uACR、Scr和血清炎症细胞因子水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qi Shi Shen Shu Capsule combined with dapagliflozin in treating type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy(qi-yin liangxu syndrome)admitted to the endocrinology department in the inpatient and outpatient departments of endocrinology from May 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control and observation groups(60 cases each).The control group received dapagliflozin plus placebo capsules,while the observation group received dapagliflozin plus Qi Shi Shen Shu Capsule for 6 months.The therapeutic effects were observed between the two groups.Parameters including serum creatinine(Scr),urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio(uACR),24-hour urinary protein quantification(24hUP),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and high sensitivity-C reactive protein(hs-CRP)were measured before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was higher(P<0.05)in the observation group(93.33%)than in the control group(78.33%).After treatment,both groups showed decreased levels of uACR,Scr,24hUP,HbA1c,TNF-α,IL-6,and hs-CRP compared with baseline,with lower levels in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qi Shi Shen Shu Capsule combined with dapagliflozin can effectively reduce uACR,Scr levels and serum inflammatory cytokines levels in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
