中国职业性别隔离研究的热点主题及变迁趋势:基于知识图谱的研究

摘　　要：破除职业性别隔离、促进职场性别平等是新时代实现高质量就业和推动高质量发展的内在要求。以CNKI数据库中369篇相关期刊文献作为数据来源,使用文献计量法和CiteSpace可视化分析工具,对2000-2023年间我国职业性别隔离研究的知识概貌、热点议题与未来趋势进行可视化分析与整体性总结。研究发现,我国职业性别隔离研究整体上呈现出“快增慢减”趋势,关注度高且持续性强,但研究热度正缓慢衰退;研究重点集中在对职业性别隔离概念表征的建构、本土化的理论阐释、多维度的程度测量、成因与破解策略四个方面,且经历了萌芽期、蓬发期、纵深期三个发展阶段。展望未来,亟需以完善顶层设计、加强主体协同、倡导平等观念三措并举破除职业性别隔离,从推动研究方法的多样运用、水平测度的精准细分、理论视野的本土建构三维向度深化拓展相关研究。Breaking occupational gender segregation and advancing gender equality in the workplace is an intrinsic requirement for achieving high-quality employment and fostering high-quality development.Baesd on 369 articles from the CNKI database as data sources,this paper uses bibliometric method and CiteSpace to visually examine and summarize the knowledge base,key issues,and emerging trends in Chinese research on occupational gender segregation from 2000 to 2023.The analysis reveals an overall pattern of“rapid rise and gradual decline”,indicating sustained interest despite waning research intensity.Key areas of focus include the development of conceptual frameworks,local theoretical adaptations,multidimensional assessments,causality,and mitigation strategies.A retrospective analysis of development can be divided into three stages:the embryonic stage,the flourishing stage and the in-depth stage.Moving forward,overcoming occupational gender segregation requires strengthening top-level planning,improving multi-stakeholder collaboration,and advocating for gender equality.To expand and deepen research in this area,it is essential to employ a variety of methodologies,refine measurement scales,and adapt theoretical frameworks to local contexts.
