摘 要:以17 mm厚的无氧铜板为研究对象,建立无氧铜板有限元模型,并参考当前轧制工艺制定了轧制仿真方案,对其轧制过程进行仿真分析,借助Deform-3D仿真分析软件进行仿真求解,最终分析了该轧制方案下无氧铜板的破坏能量、应力-应变及轧制力的变化规律。结果显示:本实验方案能量破坏值较小,应力-应变平均值约为0.69 mm/mm,轧制力分布均匀,轧制力计算数值平均值与实测平均值近乎相等,相对误差在3%以内,证明了所选方案的合理性,同时为无氧铜板轧制方案的制定提供了一些思路。通过仿真实验能控制和预测无氧铜板轧制质量,合理分配道次加工率,减少实验次数,降低生产成本。In this paper,17 mm thick oxygen-free copper plate is taken as the research object,by establishing a finite element model of oxygen free copper plate and referring to the current rolling process,the rolling process was simulated and analyzed using Deform-3D simulation analysis software,and the failure energy,stress-strain,and rolling force variation of oxygen free copper plate under this rolling scheme were finally analyzed.The results showed that the energy failure value of this experimental scheme was relatively small,with an average stress-strain value of about 0.69 mm/mm.The rolling force distribution was uniform,and the average calculated rolling force value was almost equal to the measured average value,with a relative error within 3%,proving the rationality of the selected scheme.At the same time,it provides some ideas for the formulation of the rolling scheme for oxygen free copper plates.Through simu-lation experiments,the rolling quality of oxygen free copper plates can be controlled and predicted,the processing rate of passes can be reasonably allocated,the number of experiments can be reduced,and production costs can be lowered.
