摘  要:江西某铜矿尾矿中有部分品位达到0.057%的钨资源未得到有效回收利用,造成资源浪费。为此,开展了铜尾矿中钨资源选矿试验研究,以探索完整的钨资源浮选工艺流程。结果表明,以选矿流程“开路脱硫—钨开路粗选抛尾矿1—粗精矿精扫选抛尾矿2—粗精矿三次精选—浓缩加温处理—多次精选获得最终钨精矿—加温精扫选抛尾矿3”开展的闭路试验,获得了钨精矿品位为19.01%,选钨回收率为41.10%的选矿指标,实现了钨资源的有效回收。Some tungsten resources in the tailings of a copper mine in Jiangxi are not effectively recovered and utilized,and the grade reaches 0.057%,resulting in a waste of resources.This test carries out experimental research on tungsten resource beneficiation of copper tailings to explore the complete flotation process of tungsten resources.The results show that through the beneficiation process of opencircuit desulfurization-tungsten open-circuit rougher tungsten tailings 1-rough concentrate fine sweeping tungsten tailings 2-rough concentrate three times-concentration and heating treatment-several times to obtain the final tungsten concentrate-heating and fine sweeping tungsten tailings 3,the closed-circuit test can obtain the tungsten concentrate grade of 19.01%,tungsten recovery of 41.10%of the tungsten recovery,and the tungsten resources can be recovered efficiently.
