摘  要:随着科学技术的不断进步,表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术已在多个领域展现出其独特的价值,该技术具有高灵敏度、高选择性、快速及无损检测、宽光谱范围等优势。然而,随着SERS技术的广泛应用和深入研究,对SERS基底性能的要求也日益严格。金属基SERS基底因其出色的电磁场增强效应和化学增强效应以及稳定性,成为当前研究的热点。金属基SERS基底不仅具有高灵敏性和可重复性,而且具有指纹识别的功能,可以适应各种复杂环境,从而满足多样化的应用需求。近年来,科研人员对金属基SERS基底的种类、制备方法、性能及应用实例进行了深入的研究,取得了显著的成果。本文综述了金属基SERS基底的最新研究进展,介绍了金属基SERS基底种类、制备方法以及在不同领域的应用实例。探讨了如何通过优化基底制备技术和性能,进一步提升SERS技术的灵敏度和可靠性。同时,还展望了未来金属基SERS基底的研究方向。As science and technology continue to advance,surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)has demonstrated significant value across a wide range of fields.However,as the application and research of SERS technology expand,the demands on substrate performance have become increasingly stringent.SERS is renowned for its high sensitivity,selectivity,rapid and nondestructive detection capabilities,and broad spectral range.Among the various substrates,metal-based SERS substrates have emerged as a research focal point due to their superior electromagnetic and chemical enhancement effects,along with their stability.These substrates not only offer high sensitivity and reproducibility but also possess fingerprint recognition capabilities,making them suitable for diverse and complex environments.Recent studies have extensively explored the types,preparation methods,performance,and applications of metal-based SERS substrates,leading to significant advancements.This paper provided a comprehensive review of the latest research progress on metal-based SERS substrates,detailing their types,preparation methods,and applications in various fields.It also explored strategies for enhancing the sensitivity and reliability of SERS technology by optimizing substrate preparation techniques and performance,and discussed future research directions in this domain.
