摘　　要：目的:探究注射用人干扰素α1b联合利巴韦林治疗儿童病毒性下呼吸道感染的效果。方法:选取赤水市人民医院2023年3月—2024年3月收治的60例病毒性下呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(采用注射用人干扰素α1b治疗)、观察组(采用注射用人干扰素α1b联合利巴韦林治疗),每组30例。比较两组治疗效果、时间指标、血常规指标及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.038);观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间、憋喘消失时间、咽痛消失时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组淋巴细胞计数水平升高,C反应蛋白、白细胞计数水平降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:注射用人干扰素α1b联合利巴韦林治疗儿童病毒性下呼吸道感染的效果显著,能够缩短患儿症状恢复时间,优化血常规指标,且未增加不良反应。Objective:To explore the efficacy of human interferon α1b combined with ribavirin in the treatment of viral lower respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:Sixty children with viral lower respiratory tract infection admitted to Chishui People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(treated with injectable human interferonα1b)and observation group(treated with injectable human interferon α1b combined with ribavirin)according to random number table,with thirty cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,time index,blood routine index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.038).The time of fever reduction,cough disappearance,rales disappearance,breathless disappearance,pharyngeal pain disappearance and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of lymphocyte count increased,C-reactive protein and white blood cell count decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Injection of human interferonα1b combined with ribavirin in the treatment of viral lower respiratory tract infection in children has a significant effect,which can shorten the recovery time of symptoms in children,optimize blood routine indexes,and do not increase adverse reactions.
