德谷胰岛素联合二甲双胍在老年2型糖尿病患者治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨德谷胰岛素联合二甲双胍在老年2型糖尿病患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月北京市顺义区后沙峪社区卫生服务中心收治的老年2型糖尿病患者120例,随机分为对照组(接受二甲双胍治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上联合德谷胰岛素治疗),每组60例。比较两组血糖指标、胰岛功能指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组空腹胰岛素水平升高,胰岛素抵抗指数降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组低血糖、水肿、恶心呕吐、肝肾功能受损发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:德谷胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果较好,能够有效地控制患者血糖水平,改善胰岛功能,且不会增加不良反应发生风险。Objective:To investigate the effect of insulin degludec combined with metformin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty elderly patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Beijing Shunyi Distrcit Houshayu Community Health Service Center from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group(receiving metformin treatment)and observation group(combined with insulin degludec treatment on the basis of control group),with sixty cases in each group.Blood glucose index,islet function index and adverse reaction occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting insulin level increased and insulin resistance index decreased in both groups,and observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia,edema,nausea and vomiting,liver and kidney function impairment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Insulin degludec combined with metformin has a good effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes in elderly patients,which can effectively control the blood glucose level and improve the islet function without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
