沙美特罗替卡松联合异丙托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析沙美特罗替卡松联合异丙托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的效果。方法:选取张掖市甘州区人民医院2023年2月—2024年2月收治的72例COPD患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组(美特罗替卡松治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上联合异丙托溴铵治疗),各36例。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.013);治疗后,两组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞介素-12、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:沙美特罗替卡松联合异丙托溴铵治疗COPD的效果显著,可改善患者肺功能,降低炎性因子水平,且未增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of salmeterol ticasone combined with ipratropium bromide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of seventy-two COPD patients admitted to Zhangye Ganzhou District People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group(salmeterol ticasone treatment)and observation group(combined with ipratropium bromide treatment on the basis of control group)by drawing lot,with thirty-six cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function index,inflammatory factor level and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.013).After treatment,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume of the first second and forced expiratory volume of the first second/forced vital capacity of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-12,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Salmeterol ticasone combined with ipratropium bromide has a significant effect in the treatment of COPD,which can improve lung function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors without increasing adverse reactions.
