摘　　要：目的:比较福沙匹坦与阿瑞匹坦分别联合昂丹司琼、地塞米松预防腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的效果。方法:选取2023年2月—2024年6月于河北医科大学第四医院进行腹腔镜手术的86例患者为研究对象,随机分为福沙匹坦组(n=43)与阿瑞匹坦组(n=43)。两组均给予昂丹司琼、地塞米松,在此基础上,阿瑞匹坦组采用阿瑞匹坦,福沙匹坦组采用福沙匹坦。比较两组PONV发生率、生活质量、不良反应发生情况。结果:福沙匹坦组PONV总发生率低于阿瑞匹坦组(P=0.047);福沙匹坦组恶心、呕吐评分及总分高于阿瑞匹坦组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:福沙匹坦与阿瑞匹坦分别联合昂丹司琼、地塞米松在预防腹腔镜术后PONV中均具有较高的安全性,但应用福沙匹坦后患者PONV发生率更低、生活质量更高。Objective:To compare the efficacy of fosaprepitant and aprepitant combined with ondansetron and dexamethasone in the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV)after laparoscopy.Methods:A total of eighty-six patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from February 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into fosaprepitant group(n=43)and aprepitant group(n=43).Both groups were given ondansetron and dexamethasone,and on this basis,aprepitant group was given aprepitant and fosaprepitant group was given fosaprepitant.PONV incidence,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of PONV in fosaprepitant group was lower than that in aprepitant group(P=0.047).The scores and total scores of nausea and vomiting in fosaprepitant group were higher than those in aprepitant group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fosaprepitant and aprepitant combined with ondansetron and dexamethasone respectively have high safety in the prevention of PONV after laparoscopic surgery,but the incidence of PONV is lower and the quality of life is higher after fosaprepitant application.
