改良经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析改良经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年12月济宁市微山县人民医院收治的100例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,观察组采用改良经尿道前列腺电切术治疗。比较两组临床症状、手术指标、术后并发症发生情况。结果:术后,两组国际前列腺症状评分量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.001);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.025)。结论:改良经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果显著,可缓解患者临床症状,改善手术指标,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of modified transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in Jining Weishan County People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group was treated with transurethral resection of prostate,and the observation group was treated with modified transurethral resection of prostate.The clinical symptoms,surgical indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After surgery,the score of International Prostatic Symptom Scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the amount of blood loss during operation was less than that of control group(P<0.001).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.025).Conclusion:Modified transurethral resection of prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia has a remarkable effect,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the operative indicators and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
