摘　　要：目的:评价地奈德乳膏联合重组贻贝粘蛋白水凝胶敷料治疗儿童特应性皮炎的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2022年3月—2023年3月广西壮族自治区人民医院收治的75例特应性皮炎患儿分为对照组(37例,外用地奈德乳膏)和研究组(38例,在对照组基础上使用重组贻贝粘蛋白水凝胶敷料治疗)。比较两组患儿皮炎症状改善情况、临床疗效、瘙痒程度、生活质量、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组湿疹面积及严重度指数评分法评分下降,研究组低于对照组(P<0.001);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分下降,研究组低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组皮肤病生活质量指数评分下降,研究组低于对照组(P<0.001);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.001)。结论:地奈德乳膏联合重组贻贝粘蛋白水凝胶敷料治疗儿童特应性皮炎的效果显著,可有效改善患儿皮炎症状,减轻瘙痒程度,提高生活质量,安全性较高。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of desonide cream combined with recombinant mussel mucin hydrogel dressing in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children.Methods:A total of seventy-five children with atopic dermatitis admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were divided into the control group(37 cases,treated with desonide cream)and the study group(38 cases,treated with recombinant mussel mucin hydrogel dressing on the basis of the control group)by the random number table method.The improvement of dermatitis symptoms,clinical efficacy,degree of pruritus,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of children.Results:After the treatment,the scores of Eczema Area and Severity Index in both groups decreased,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).After the treatment,the scores of the Visual Analogue Scale in both groups decreased,and the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).After the treatment,the scores of the Quality of Life Index for Skin Diseases in both groups decreased,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion:The effect of desonide cream combined with recombinant mussel mucin hydrogel dressing in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children is remarkable.It can effectively improve the dermatitis symptoms of children,reduce the degree of itching,improve the quality of life,and has a relatively high safety.
