补肾益气安胎汤治疗早期先兆流产的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析补肾益气安胎汤治疗早期先兆流产的效果。方法:将2023年1月—2024年3月黔南布依族苗族自治州中医医院收治的60例早期先兆流产患者通过随机数字表法分成对照组(黄体酮、注射用绒促性素治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上给予补肾益气安胎汤治疗),各30例。对比两组临床疗效差异。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.030);治疗后,两组β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮、雌二醇水平升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组阴道出血、小腹坠痛、腰酸痛、心悸气短积分降低,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:补肾益气安胎汤治疗早期先兆流产的效果显著,能有效改善患者激素水平,促进阴道出血及伴随症状改善,未增加不良反应发生风险。Objective:To analyze the effect of Bushen Yiqi Antai Decoction in the treatment of early threatened miscarriage.Methods:From January 2023 to March 2024,sixty patients with early threatened miscarriage admitted to Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into the control group(treated with progesterone and chorionic gonadotropin for injection)and the observation group(treated with Bushen Yiqi Antai Decoction on the basis of the control group)by the random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.030).After the treatment,the levels of β-human chorionic gonadotropin,progesterone and estradiol in both groups increased,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of vaginal bleeding,lower abdominal distension and pain,low back pain,palpitations and shortness of breath in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Bushen Yiqi Antai Decoction has a remarkable effect in the treatment of early threatened miscarriage.It can effectively improve the hormone levels of patients,promote the improvement of vaginal bleeding and accompanying symptoms,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
