益心泰方加减结合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨益心泰方加减结合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取2023年4月—2024年12月遵义市仁怀市中医院收治的100例慢性心力衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例,常规西药治疗)和观察组(50例,益心泰方加减结合西药治疗)。对比两组患者心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、6 min步行距离(6MWD)]和中医证候积分。结果:治疗前,两组LVEF、CO、LVESD、6MWD水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组LVEF、CO、6MWD水平升高,LVESD水平降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组心悸、气短、乏力、畏寒肢冷评分对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心悸、气短、乏力、畏寒肢冷评分下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益心泰方加减结合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭可有效改善患者心功能,促使患者临床症状改善。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Yixintai formula combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:One hundred patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Zunyi Renhuai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(50 cases,treated with conventional western medicine)and the observation group(50 cases,treated with modified Yixintai formula combined with western medicine)by the random number table method.The cardiac function indicators[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),6-minute walking distance(6MWD)]and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of LVEF,CO,LVESD and 6MWD between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVEF,CO and 6MWD in both groups increased,while the level of LVESD decreased.The observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,cold intolerance and limb coldness between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the scores of palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,chills and cold limbs in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Yixintai formula combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients and promote the improvement of their clinical symptoms.
