个体化护理干预对持续血液净化重症患者的护理效果

摘　　要：目的:观察个体化护理干预对持续血液净化重症患者的影响。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年1月毕节市纳雍县人民医院收治的持续血液净化重症患者60例,随机分为对照组(给予基础护理干预)和观察组(在对照组基础上给予个体化护理干预),每组30例。比较两种护理模式的护理效果。结果:护理后,两组血肌酐水平降低,血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白水平升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率高于对照组(P=0.038)。观察组24 h抗凝有效率、血管通路通畅率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组身体疼痛、生理职能、精神健康、健康变化评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个体化护理干预在持续血液净化重症患者中的应用效果显著,可有效改善患者生化指标、生活质量,提高24 h抗凝有效率、血管通路通畅率,患者护理满意率较高。Objective:To observe the influence of individualized nursing intervention on critically ill patients with continuous blood purification.Methods:Sixty critically ill patients with continuous blood purification admitted to Bijie Nayong County People's Hospital from May 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group(given basic nursing intervention)and observation group(given individualized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group),with thirty cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two nursing models were compared.Results:After the nursing care,the levels of serum creatinine in both groups decreased,while the levels of hemoglobin and plasma albumin increased.The observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.038).The effective rate of anticoagulation within 24 hours and the patency rate of vascular access in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing care,the scores of physical pain,physiological function,mental health and health changes in both groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing intervention has a remarkable application effect in critically ill patients with continuous blood purification.It can effectively improve the biochemical indicators and quality of life of patients,increase the effective rate of 24-hour anticoagulation and the patency rate of vascular access,and the satisfaction rate of patient nursing is relatively high.
