综合护理在胫腓骨骨折患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理在胫腓骨骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取常熟市第一人民医院2021年5月—2023年5月收治的80例胫腓骨骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上接受综合护理。对比两组恢复指标、并发症发生率、康复效果、疼痛评分、软组织肿胀评分。结果:试验组住院时间、术后下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间、骨痂出现时间短于对照组(P<0.001);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.043);试验组康复优良率高于对照组(P=0.008);护理后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分、软组织肿胀评分均降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理能够促进胫腓骨骨折患者术后康复,减轻患者疼痛,改善软组织肿胀情况,安全性较高。Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with tibiofibular fractures.Methods:Eighty patients with tibiofibular fractures admitted to Changshu First People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random lottery,with forty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The recovery indicators,incidence of complications,rehabilitation effects,pain scores and soft tissue swelling scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The hospitalization time,postoperative ambulation time,fracture healing time and callus appearance time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.043).The excellent and good rate of rehabilitation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.008).After the nursing,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale and Soft Tissue Swelling in both groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can promote the postoperative recovery of patients with tibiofibular fractures,relieve their pain,improve the swelling of soft tissues,and has a relatively high level of safety.
