摘　　要：目的:分析质量评价体系在口服细胞毒性药物管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年3月中国医学科学院肿瘤医院深圳医院收治的102例恶性肿瘤患者及护理人员30名为研究对象,其中2021年2月—2022年2月为质量评价体系应用前(简称应用前),50例患者接受常规管理;2022年3月—2023年3月为质量评价体系应用后(简称应用后),52例患者通过质量评价体系进行管理;应用前后护理人员相同。对比应用前后护理高警示专区存放合格率、个人防护落实率、健康教育落实率、口服化疗药物依从率。结果:应用后,护理高警示专区存放合格率、个人防护落实率高于应用前(P<0.05);应用后,健康教育落实率、口服化疗药物依从率高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论:质量评价体系可规范口服细胞毒性药物管理,提高护理人员护理高警示专区存放合格率、个人防护落实率,提高患者健康教育落实率和口服化疗药物依从率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of the quality evaluation system in the management of oral cytotoxic drugs.Methods:A total of one hundred and two patients with malignant tumors and thirty nursing staff admitted to Shenzhen Hospital of Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.From February 2021 to February 2022,which was before the application of the quality evaluation system(referred to as before application),fifty patients received routine management.From March 2022 to March 2023,it was after the application of the quality evaluation system(referred to as after application),and fifty-two patients were managed through the quality evaluation system.The nursing staff were the same before and after the application.The qualified rate of storage in the high warning zone for nursing,the implementation rate of personal protection,the implementation rate of health education,and the compliance rate of oral chemotherapy drugs before and after the application were compared.Results:After application,the qualified rate of storage in the high warning zone for nursing and the implementation rate of personal protection were higher than those before application(P<0.05).After application,the implementation rate of health education and the compliance rate of oral chemotherapy drugs were higher than those before application(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality evaluation system can standardize the management of oral cytotoxic drugs,increase the qualified rate of storage in the high warning zone for nursing staff,the implementation rate of personal protection,the implementation rate of health education for patients,and the compliance rate of oral chemotherapy drugs.
