农业社会化服务对农户绿色农业技术采纳的影响——基于要素配置的视角

摘　　要：论文基于2023年江汉平原地区720户实地调研数据,分析了农业社会化服务对农户绿色农业技术采纳的影响、异质性和作用机制,以及高标准农田建设在其中发挥的调节作用。研究发现:第一,农业社会化服务显著促进了农户绿色农业技术采纳,参与农业社会化服务环节越多,越有利于促进农户绿色农业技术采纳。第二,机制分析表明,农业社会化服务通过促进土地流转、减少资本和劳动投入,可以提高农户绿色农业技术采纳。第三,异质性分析表明,相较于小规模、低收入、老生代农户,农业社会化服务对大规模、高收入、新生代农户绿色农业技术采纳的促进作用更大。第四,调节效应分析表明,高标准农田建设显著增强了农业社会化服务对农户绿色农业技术采纳的正向作用,其中,高标准农田建设主要增强了技术密集型服务对农户绿色农业技术采纳的正向作用,但对劳动密集型服务的影响不明显。据此,论文提出创新农业社会化服务模式、提高农业社会化服务补贴和加大高标准农田建设力度的政策建议。Based on the field survey data of 720 households in the Jianghan Plain area in 2023,Analyzed the impact,heterogeneity,and mechanism of agricultural socialized services on farmers'adoption of green agricultural technologies,as well as the moderating role played by high standard farmland construction.Research has found that:(1)Agricultural socialized services significantly promote the adoption of green agricultural technologies by farmers.The more participation in agricultural socialized services,the more conducive it is to promoting the adoption of green agricultural technologies by farmers.(2)Mechanism analysis shows that agricultural socialized services promote land transfer,reduce capital and labor inputs,and thereby improve farmers'adoption of green agricultural technologies.(3)Heterogeneity analysis shows that compared to small-scale,low-income,and old generation farmers,agricultural socialized services have a greater promoting effect on the adoption of green agricultural technologies by large-scale,high-income,and new generation farmers.(4)The analysis of regulatory effects shows that the construction of high standard farmland significantly enhances the positive effect of agricultural socialized services on farmers'adoption of green agricultural technologies.Among them,the construction of high standard farmland mainly enhances the positive effect of technology intensive services on farmers'adoption of green agricultural technologies,but the impact on labor-intensive services is not significant.Based on this,policy recommendations are proposed to innovate agricultural socialized service models,increase subsidies for agricultural socialized services,and increase efforts to construct high standard farmland.
