摘　　要：目的探究持续性营养泵和间歇式注射器推注营养支持疗法对重症监护室(ICU)患者的影响。方法选取2021年7月至2023年7月医院ICU收治的100例重症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予间歇式注射器推注营养支持,试验组给予持续性营养泵营养支持,干预10 d。比较两组营养状态[包括白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PAB)、转铁蛋白(TF)水平]、胃肠激素水平[包括胃动素(MTL)及胃泌素(GAS)水平]、胃潴留情况和并发症发生情况。结果干预后,试验组ALB、PAB、TF、MTL水平均高于对照组,GAS水平低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组胃潴留量少于对照组,胃内容物PH和并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续性营养泵营养支持疗法可以提高ICU患者的营养状态,改善其胃肠激素水平和胃潴留情况,降低其并发症的发生率,比间歇式注射器推注营养支持的效果更好。Objective This study aims to investigate the effects of continuous nutritional pump versus intermittent syringe infusion nutritional support on intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods 100 critically ill patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected for the study,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given intermittent syringe injection for nutritional support,and the experimental group was given continuous nutrition pump.The nutritional status[include albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PAB)and transferrin(TF)],gastrointestinal hormone levels[include motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)],gastric retention and complications incidence were compared between the two groups 10 days after intervention.Results After intervention,The levels of ALB,PAB,TF and MTL in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of GAS was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of gastric retention in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the PH of gastric contents and the incidence of complication were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nutrition pump nutrition support therapy can improve the nutritional status of ICU patients,improve their gastrointestinal hormone levels and gastric retention,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is better than intermittent syringe injection nutrition support therapy.
